I was able to book a same day face to face appointment to see Dr. Provins, who was excellent

Nothing, being able to see a doctor when in pain was really appreciated.

I've thankfully never had a problem being seen by a doctor if needed..

On the whole very good just occasionally difficult to get an appointment l.
That's due to numbers I think.
